Virgin Mary:Miracle Of The Dancing Sun

Barely a week after thousands of Catholics at Edo city witnessed the miracle of the dancing sun during the apparition of the lady of our Fatima, the ceremony of the Marian year that is held every year to mark the appearance of the BLESSED VIRGIN to the children of Fatima, another spectacular and magnificent incident occurred on Saturday, 28^th of October, 2017 at the national stadium, Surelere, Lagos.

The ceremony was graced by the Lagos archbishop, most rev.Alfred Adewale Martins and some parish priests from different stations both within and outside Lagos.

 Before the occurrence of the miracle of the dancing sun, there had been showers of rain that didn’t last for 30mins which automatically stopped few minutes before the holy mass celebration began. Even then, the two priests at the event had earlier stated the important role of the blessed Mary to the salvation souls, peace on earth, and how she 

manifested her presence in Edo city on 13^th of October, 2017 and how she brings favor wherever she goes.

At about 4:30pm, before the vote of thanks by the archbishop, loud of voices could be heard from different angle right inside the stated venue when the sun started to dance in a particular spot. The sun shinned very brightly and started to dance to the surprise of the crowd who cried in joy and knelt before her to appreciate and acknowledge her presence. The sun exhibited some colors like that of blues, purple and green to the joy of the parishioners who watched in amazement and excitement.

Many described the dancing sun as an indication that the mother Mary was pleased at the devotion of her children and has thus set the dancing sun to intercede on their behalf before God. Shortly before the procession and the celebration of the holy mass celebration, the Archbishop had deconsecrated the Archdiocese and individual families to the virgin Mary to take absolute control of the occasion and to intercede for the large crown and Nigeria as a whole.
