Ronaldo Charges Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo has urged Florentino Perez to strengthen the Real Madrid squad with new signings in January — and has even given the club's president his three-man transfer wish list.

The Bernabeu outfit has endured a miserable start to the LaLiga season, trailing leaders FC Barcelona by eight points while also stuttering in the UEFA Champions League (UCL).

Ronaldo has not enjoyed much personal success this season either, with just two goals in nine league matches.

And the Portuguese superstar wants to see at least three new faces arrive at the club when the window reopens in a bid to save their season.

According to Diario Gol, he wants Portuguese youngster Goncalo Guedes, Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos and Athletic Bilbao's Kepa to join him in Madrid.

Ronaldo was unhappy with the club's decision to allow experienced back-up players Pepe, Alvaro Morata and James Rodriguez to depart in the summer.
