Madrid To Begin Neymar Deal Before World Cup

Real Madrid have stepped up their interest in Paris Saint-Germain's Neymar and are planning to make a move for him before this summer's World Cup.

The 26-year-old will no doubt be leading the Brazilian line in Russia and will want to be fully focused on securing a sixth World Cup for his country after missing out on their semi-final defeat by Germany four years ago.

With this mind, Florentino Perez is looking to take Neymar to the Bernabeu before the competition begins on June 14.

Reports from Spanish newspaper AS suggest Neymar could be snatched from the clasps of the Ligue 1 giants, with Real's Brazilian contingent likely to play a significant role in any move.

Brazil first team stars Marcelo and Casemiro could play a part in luring Neymar away from
Paris, with youngster Vinicíus Junior also due to move to Spain from Flamengo.

It has been reported that Neymar, who is less than one season into his mammoth world record move, would welcome a deal to return to Spain before this summer's tournament.
