Atiku Can Still Rule Nigeria -Blind Prophet



A popular blind prophet, Muhideen Kasal, has urged Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), not to lose hope yet over his ambition to rule Nigeria.

The cleric urged Atiku to give the contest a try again, however, said that Atiku could not win the 2019 presidential election did not mean he cannot win it in the future.

Kasali, who is the general overseer of the Hour of Mercy Prayer Ministry Worldwide (Alaseyori), stated that nothing would stop him if God had destined that Atiku would be president.


The renowned cleric said this while rounding off a 27-day prayer and fasting to mark the 2019 edition of the prophet's birthday celebration.

"There is no loser in an election but a learner. Atiku can still rule Nigeria in no distant future. God sparing our lives, 2023 will soon be here, he can contest again. It is not about age; it is about what he can offer. He should join hands with President President Muhammadu Buhari to make Nigeria great again and resolve her numerous challenges," Kasali stated

He also advised President Buhari to use his second term in office to tackle the various challenges of the country that were yet to receive attention.

An arm of the ministry, Edidi Children School Foundation, according to the wife of the general overseer, Mrs Oredolapo Awosika, has given scholarships to over 40 students, who were randomly selected from among church members and Alaseyori villagers.

Mrs Awosika also disclosed that the church, as part of her 2019 vision, would construct a 50-bedroom guesthouse and Edidi camp of 60 houses on the mountain to provide accommodation for people visiting the prayer mountain.

He cleric urged President Buhari to use the opportunity his re-election to correct lapses associated with his government during its first term and step up the fight against corruption, indiscipline, insecurity.

"President Buhari should further ensure security of lives and property, wage war against corruption and bring culprits to justice irrespective of the political party they belong. He should also use the recovered looted funds to better the lots of Nigerians," he said.

At the event were Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, who was represented by Oba Muraina Adebanjo Adedini, Ile Isoya of Ife Kingdom; Oba James Omiyale, Onipere of Ipere Ekiti; members of Edidi Oro (Seal of the Word) group from Canada, USA, UK, United Arab Emirates and other parts of the world.
